WITH YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY

As far back as I can remember, I have loved working with people. I have always been pulled to opportunities where I can build relationships and connect. I believe that everyone has inherent beauty, is worthy of love and belonging and has the strength to grow and thrive in today's world.

My passion to work with people is what led me to pursue an education in psychology and counselling. In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, I have 3 years of graduate studies in Clinical Counselling.  I have over 5 years experience as a Child and Family Therapist in one of the largest mental health agencies in Halton where I gained the skills to work with many different issues that families face. Over my time in private practice, I have continued to learn and find opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.

My personal life experiences have deeply impacted the insight I have as a therapist. I understand what it is to have those really hard days. I know what it is like to overcome challenges, deal with unexpected loss, navigate health issues and cope with postpartum anxiety. My experiences as a mother, spouse, daughter, sister and friend have taught me that life is better when we do it together.

I consider it an honour to walk alongside you and join you in what you face. Change doesn’t happen overnight, but transformation is possible with dedication and time. I invite you to contact me and see how I can join you on this journey towards a connected, intentional and resilient life.
